Try finding them in these downpours - they are bad enough to avoid when we can see them. I'm surprised small car owners - we all don't all drive 4WD's - haven't had some serious damage.
Trade the car in for a boat. Problem fixed.
Two, things to think about:
Make sure you use the Town Office website to post a complaint, the more the better.
Second -any damage done make sure you make a claim, the roads are a Rio Tinto Alcan assett so the ratepayers won't be forking out.
